The electricity went out while Chris and Ann were here for a few minutes (look, you’ve already made it into my blog!) and was off and on (mostly off) the rest of the night. Ann’s parents have appropriately named it a “power on-age.” So… candlelight, chai tea, ginger cookies, a good book, and some Amos Lee (while the laptop battery lasted). It made me happy too.

Sounds VERY nice... almost wish I was back there! (not quite, though!) How are all the pets treating you?
Didn't have the place to myself for long... went to Banso for most of the month and now Janelle's back.
We're trying to find a new home for Dusty so we can be a pet-free-zone.
